• Can I join DatingDoubles with a friend of the opposite sex?
• Yes. DatingDoubles is for everyone. If you have a friend of the opposite sex who would like to join you and meet someone on a double date that's fine, but the site is not designed for swingers.
• How much does it cost to join DatingDoubles?
• It's free registration which allows you to put your details on to the site and view other pairs who have registered. In order to make contact with someone, or for them to contact you, you must become a member which normally costs £25.00 per person for 6 months although you can currently join for 6 months completly free by entering the code 6FREE on becoming a member. For your membership to be complete, both parties must be fully paid up.
• Can I join with more than one friend?
• Yes, you can join with as many friends as you like. If you have already become a member and another friend decides to join DatingDoubles to pair with you, your membership will be extended to run until the end of theirs, giving you a period of free membership. If you decide to pair with a friend who is already a member, you will both have to pay again as a pair at a cost of £25.00 each for six months.

• Can my friend fill in their registration details separately from me?
• Yes. Once you have completed the registration form on the home page select 'I would like you to email my friend so that they can complete their own registration' - two new fields appear where you can enter your friend's email address and a message to them. We'll then email your friend with a link so that they can complete the registration process.
• Once I'm signed up where can I add further information to my profile?
• Click on 'My Account' in the menu at the top of the page. Here there is a section titled 'My individual DatingDoubles Account'. Click on the button in this section titled 'View or change my account information ' - this will lead you to a form where you can add lots more detail about yourself as well as upload some photographs.
• What type of photos can I upload?
• The system will accept jpgs, gifs or pngs.
• Can I remove my details if I decide to stop being a member before my 6 month membership ends?
• Yes, you can delete your details at any time. Details on how to do this are available on the 'my account' page.

• If I delete my details before my membership period expires, will I get a refund?
• DatingDoubles subscriptions are non refundable after the first seven days. See Terms and Conditions.
• Will my personal details be visible to other members once I sign up?
• No, the only information visible to others will be shown in the summary box which you can amend at any time. All other details are for our matching system only.
• Will my email address be available to people I contact?
• No. All communication will be via the message box in Your Account to protect your privacy. DatingDoubles will contact the email address that you gave us when you signed up to let you know when there is a message waiting for you. DatingDoubles recommends that you are cautiously responsible about sharing your personal email information.
